Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 We offer a flat rate shipping charge for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post for all our domestic orders.

 

International Shipping 

 We don't offer international shipping at this stage through our website. If you would like an international shipping quote, please e-mail us at shop@cillaanddot.com.au or fill out our contact form.

 

Do you allow pick-up?

Yes, collection is available from our store in Watsonia. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please note that collections need to be made within 2 weeks of purchase.

 

Returns

What if the size is wrong?  

 If you order online and require a different size we are happy to exchange your order. Your order will need to be returned in original condition and packaging without any signs of being worn. Once we receive your return we will arrange for the correct size to be posted to you. Please note that return costs are to be covered by the customer. Alternatively, you may visit us in-store to change your size.

  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 If an item received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@cillaanddot.com.au or on (03) 9435 3755 to arrange for this item to be replaced or exchanged. Postage costs of faulty items and incorrect orders will be paid for by Cilla & Dot.

 

Exchanges  

We are happy to provide exchanges on all incorrect sized items if they are unworn and have the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. If you simply change your mind we are happy to provide you with a store credit within 7 days of purchase. All our in-store credits are valid for 3 months. All exchanges need to be in original condition, unworn and have original packaging.
