Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 We offer a flat rate shipping charge for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post for all our domestic orders.

 

International Shipping 

 We don't offer international shipping at this stage through our website. If you would like an international shipping quote, please e-mail us at shop@cillaanddot.com.au or fill out our contact form.

 

Do you allow pick-up?

Yes, collection is available from our store in Watsonia. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. 

 

Returns

What if the size is wrong?  

If your shoes do not fit we are happy to exchange them for a different size or style provided we have it in stock. The shoes will need to be returned in original condition and packaging without any signs of being worn. Once we receive your return we will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you. Alternatively, you may visit us in-store to change exchange your order for something more suitable.

  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 If an item received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@cillaanddot.com.au or on (03) 9435 3755 to arrange for this item to be replaced or exchanged. Postage costs of faulty items and incorrect orders will be paid for by Cilla & Dot.

 

Exchanges  

We are happy to provide exchanges on all incorrect sized items if they are unworn and have the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you simply change your mind we are happy to provide you with a store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for 3 months from date of return. All exchanges/returns need to be in as new condition, unworn and have original packaging.
